About Us

The Website is operated by SUVYD B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 164492 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/846/0501 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (Landsverordening buitengaatse hazardspelen, P.B. 1993, no. 63) ("LOK") ("Company").


Payment processing is managed by its Cyprus-based subsidiary, SUVYD LIMITED (HE451451), located at Vasili Michailidi, 9, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus.


These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between SUVYD B.V. ("SUVYD", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Client", "you", "your") when using orobet.com ("Website", "Platform").


By accessing the Website, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable game rules, promotions, or bonus terms.


These Terms shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, AML/KYC Policy, Self-Exclusion Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, and other compliance-related policies available on orobet.com. All such documents form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Client and the Company.


1. Preliminary Provisions 

By using and visiting any section of orobet.com ("Website") or by opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, promotional terms, game rules, bonus conditions, and special offers available on the Website from time to time. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and the Company.


If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or accessing any services. Continued use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of the Terms.


The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Where legally required, we will request your consent before applying changes. Any continued use of the Website after changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the new Terms.

By registering, you declare that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or a close associate or family member of a PEP, or you have fully disclosed such status during registration in accordance with our AML/KYC Policy.


We reserve the right to request documentation at any time to verify your age. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.


3. Restrictions 

Persons located in or residing in the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Curaçao ("Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted to use the Website.


Additional restricted countries include: American Samoa, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, the United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (US), US Minor Outlying Islands, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, Côte d’Ivoire, Mayotte, Macau, Malta, Martinique, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Saint-Martin (France), Syria, Slovakia, French Guiana, and Ethiopia.


We cannot guarantee successful withdrawals or refunds if you breach this restricted country policy. Unless otherwise stated, SUVYD is not responsible for access restrictions imposed externally.


We take responsible gaming seriously. If you have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or believe you may have one, please stop using our services immediately and seek professional assistance.


To register, you confirm and warrant that you:

  • have full legal capacity;

  • are acting in your own name and not on behalf of another party;

  • are not depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity;

  • are not using the account for criminal purposes;

  • are not providing false or manipulated documents or using documents belonging to third parties.

4. Opening an Account 

You must register your own personal account to use the gaming services on orobet.com.


Upon registration, you will receive a unique account ID. You are responsible for creating a secure password and for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update it as necessary.


It is essential to provide a valid email address, as it will be used for verification and communication purposes.


You are responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree that:

  • You understand and accept the financial risks of using the Services (e.g., you may lose money).

  • You are of legal gambling age and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.

  • You have not previously had an account terminated by the Company for violations such as fraud or self-exclusion.

  • You are not listed in any gambling exclusion register.

Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed at our discretion. Any bonuses, free bets, or winnings obtained via duplicate accounts may be forfeited.


Providing false information during registration may result in suspension or termination of your account.


You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If someone fraudulently accesses your account, we reserve the right to terminate the account and take legal action.


By registering, you agree to receive notifications and promotional messages via email or SMS, which you can opt out of at any time via your account settings.


If you believe your login or password has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. Forgotten passwords or account data do not constitute grounds for cancelling transactions or bets.


To open a new account (e.g., in case of loss of access), contact our support team. After identity verification, your old account will be closed and any funds transferred.


If you identify an error in your account details or registration process, please inform us immediately.


5. Verification and Account Closure 

To prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance, we may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include, but are not limited to: ID/passport, utility bills, and payment method documentation. We may also require a selfie or verification call.


If you fail to complete verification within 30 days of request, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, forfeit winnings, and apply a contractual penalty equal to the funds in your account.


To close your account voluntarily, contact our customer support team. Remaining funds will be refunded via your original deposit method, minus banking charges, provided the balance exceeds 10 USD.


If your balance is less than or equal to 10 USD, a closing fee equal to the balance will apply. If a new account is opened later, any deficit caused by the closing fee may be deducted from the new account’s funds.


By closing your account, you forfeit any promotional bonuses or prizes. These are non-transferable and will not be credited to new accounts.


If your account was closed due to gambling addiction or fraudulent activity, you may not reopen or create a new one. SUVYD is not liable for damages if such an account is reopened fraudulently. We reserve the right to close any such account at any time.


We retain the right to report verification failures, fraud indicators, or AML violations to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU/MOT), or other competent authorities in accordance with legal obligations.


6. Deposits and Payouts 

You may select your account currency during registration. The platform operates in US dollars (USD). Payouts can only be requested in the selected account currency.


All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a financial institution or an approved payment provider. Processing times, terms, and availability may vary based on provider and jurisdiction.


You may fund your account using any approved deposit method, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and vouchers. All payment methods must be registered in your name.


Cash deposits are not accepted.


Deposits from third parties, underage persons, or accounts not in your name are strictly prohibited. If detected, all related winnings will be confiscated.


The Company does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bank charges related to refunds or international transfers are your responsibility.


If the name on your payment method does not match your account name, we reserve the right to cancel all transactions and void all related bets or winnings.


We monitor all financial activity on the platform to detect fraud and money laundering. Based on this, the Company may restrict the use of certain payment methods or require alternatives.


Deposit and withdrawal limits may be changed at the Company’s discretion.


7. Withdrawing 

Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, where possible.


Minimum withdrawal amount: 10 USD. The Company reserves the right to split withdrawals into smaller tranches depending on method and limits.


Currency exchange rates may vary. We do not take responsibility for changes in exchange rates.


If you deposited with one payment method but request withdrawal to another, the Company may reject the request in favor of the original method.


If your account shows no gaming activity or only minimal use before requesting a withdrawal, the Company reserves the right to charge a 15% administrative fee based on the deposited amount.


First withdrawals are only allowed after placing at least one bet and a minimum of three (3) days after opening the account.


Withdrawals requested without placing any bets may lead to account closure and confiscation of funds.


8. Chargebacks 

Chargebacks may only be initiated after obtaining the Company’s prior consent.


Upon receiving a chargeback request, the Company will send a “Chargeback Notice” to your registered email address to verify your identity and confirm the legitimacy of the request.


You acknowledge that bank wire transfers may be subject to intermediary bank fees, which are your responsibility.


9. Collusions, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity 

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of the Terms:

  • Sharing account or game information with third parties

  • Gaining an unfair advantage, including exploiting software bugs, using automated tools (bots), or other manipulation

  • Engaging in fraudulent financial activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards

  • Participating in money laundering or other criminal activity

  • Collaborating or conspiring with other players in bad faith

If SUVYD suspects you of engaging in any such activities, your account may be suspended or permanently closed without notice. All associated funds may be withheld.


We reserve the right to delete any bets or games where unfair advantage or bugs have influenced results.


If you suspect any collusion or rule-breaking, please notify Customer Support immediately.


SUVYD takes reasonable steps to detect and prevent fraud and collusion. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from such activities unless caused directly by our negligence.


10. Wagering Rules and Content 

This section outlines the general rules for participating in wagers on orobet.com:

  • Stake limits (minimum and maximum) are defined per event or market.

  • Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, technical issues arise, or at the discretion of the operator.

12. Available Events and Markets 

You can place wagers on a broad range of sports and events, including:

  • Exact Score

Events are categorized as Live (ongoing) and Prematch (upcoming). You can filter events by sport, league, or use the search function. Each listing includes key details: start time, participants, status, odds, and available betting markets.


13. General Prohibitions and Responsibilities 

You are prohibited from using the Website for the following purposes:

  • Engaging in unlawful activities or violating any applicable laws

  • Harassing, threatening, abusing, or violating the legal rights of others

  • Submitting personal data of others without their consent

  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation

  • Uploading or linking to content that is illegal or inappropriate

  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others

  • Transferring funds between user accounts

  • Scraping or harvesting content or personal data from the Website

14. Inactive Customer Accounts 

A customer account will be deemed "inactive" if, for 12 consecutive months, there is no:

  • Deposit for participation in gambling

  • Betting activity

  • Withdrawal request

Once an account becomes inactive, an administrative fee of 10 USD per month will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero.


The player will be notified of the inactive status and first maintenance fee via the contact details provided in the account profile.


You may reactivate your account at any time by:

  • Making a successful deposit

  • Placing a bet

  • Withdrawing funds

If your balance reaches zero and no activity is recorded for an additional year, the Company reserves the right to close the account permanently.


15. Exclusion of Our Liability 

You access and use the Website at your own risk. We are not liable for attempts to use the Services by inappropriate or unauthorized means.


We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care but make no further warranties. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose.


We are not liable for any:

  • Data loss

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Business interruption or opportunity loss

  • Reputational harm

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or bugs.


The Company shall not be liable for any interception of data or information sent to or from the Website by third parties.


Service may be temporarily or permanently suspended at our sole discretion without liability. Technical issues beyond our control may cause outages, for which we bear no responsibility.


16. Force Majeure / Events Outside Our Control 

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake)

  • Wars, hostilities, riots, or civil unrest

  • Government actions or legal restrictions

  • Labor disputes or strikes

  • Power outages or technical infrastructure failures

In such cases, the affected obligations will be suspended during the duration of the Force Majeure event. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation and resume services as soon as possible.


17. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Website, including design, text, graphics, logos, software, and multimedia materials, is owned by SUVYD B.V. or licensed from third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any material from the Website without prior written consent.

  • Use SUVYD trademarks, logos, or trade names without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.


18. Third Party Content 

The Website may include content, tools, or links to third-party websites ("Third Party Content"). This content is provided for informational purposes only.


SUVYD B.V. does not:

  • Control or endorse any Third Party Content

  • Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party materials

  • Accept responsibility for content that infringes intellectual property rights or is infected with malware

If you access third-party websites via links from our Website, you do so at your own risk.


19. Complaint Handling and Appliacable Law 

If you have a complaint or concern regarding your use of the Website, please contact our support team at ayuda@orobet.com.


We will investigate and respond promptly to any issues raised.


These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao. 


If the Client is not satisfied with the final decision, they may escalate the complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) by submitting a formal request to complaints@gamingcontrolcuracao.org. Clients are advised to include relevant communication history and account information.


In any case, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the bet or winnings associated with the claim.
