SELF-EXCLUSION POLICY

1. General

1.1. Self-exclusion means voluntarily suspending access to gambling services for a defined period. The self-exclusion can be temporary or permanent.


1.2. By requesting self-exclusion, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions, which become effective immediately upon confirmation via email to the Client’s registered email address. This email will indicate the start and end dates of the self-exclusion period.


1.3. Once self-exclusion is active, the Client will be unable to access their existing account, create a new account, or conduct any transactions, including deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.


1.4. SUVYD B.V. will immediately cease all direct marketing and promotional communication to the Client for the duration of the self-exclusion.


2. Conditions and Process

2.1. A request for self-exclusion must include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Current residential address

  • Telephone number

  • Type and number of a valid identification document

  • Requested self-exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, or 2 years)

2.2. The request must be submitted by the individual who seeks self-exclusion. Requests submitted on behalf of another individual are not accepted.


2.3. Available self-exclusion periods are:

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • 2 years

2.4. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened for any reason. Permanent exclusions remain in effect indefinitely.


2.5. Clients must settle all pending bets and withdraw any available balance before submitting a self-exclusion request. During the exclusion period, account access will be disabled.


2.6. If an account subject to self-exclusion has active bets, the Cash Out feature will be executed where available. Bets will not be reinstated upon the end of the exclusion.


2.7. Self-excluded Clients are ineligible for any bonuses or promotional offers for the duration of the exclusion.


2.8. Upon receiving a valid self-exclusion request, SUVYD B.V. will:

  • Block access to the Client’s account

  • Stop all direct marketing

  • Record the exclusion in its internal register

2.9. The account will be automatically reopened at the end of the selected self-exclusion period. Confirmation will be sent via email.


3. Responsibilities

3.1. SUVYD B.V. is responsible for taking reasonable steps to prevent excluded Clients from gambling through orobet.com.


3.2. All relevant staff are trained to handle self-exclusion requests and assist Clients accordingly.


3.3. The Client agrees not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or using previously undisclosed accounts. SUVYD B.V. is not liable for any losses incurred due to violations of this agreement.


3.4. Any activity undertaken by the Client in violation of their self-exclusion may result in termination of wagers, forfeiture of winnings, and other corrective measures.


4. Additional Advice

4.1. Clients are strongly encouraged to apply self-exclusion measures on all other gambling platforms where they hold accounts.


4.2. During self-exclusion, Clients are also advised to seek support from professional help services specializing in gambling addiction.


5. Clarification Regarding Licensing Authority

5.1. SUVYD B.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. At this time, there is no centralized self-exclusion platform provided by the licensing authority.


5.2. All self-exclusion requests must be processed directly via orobet.com. Clients who wish to raise additional concerns may contact the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, but technical enforcement of self-exclusion remains under SUVYD B.V.'s responsibility.
