HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW FUNDS

IMPORTANT BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS


Account currency: USD. The platform operates in US dollars, and all payouts are requested in the account currency.


Personal payment methods only. All cards, bank accounts, e-wallets and crypto wallets must be registered in your name and match the name in your profile.


No third parties or minors.


Deposits from third parties, minors, or accounts that do not belong to you are prohibited. If detected, such transactions and all related winnings may be voided and confiscated.


Fees. The Company does not charge its own fees for deposits and withdrawals.


However, bank, payment provider, and blockchain network fees are borne by the player (they may be automatically deducted from the amount).


Limits. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method and are displayed in the form in the Cashbox section. The Company may change these limits at its discretion.


Anti-fraud and AML. All financial transactions are monitored for fraud, bonus abuse, structured deposits/withdrawals and money laundering. In suspicious cases the Company may restrict methods, request documents, freeze funds and contact the relevant authorities.


Taxes. You are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes in your country of residence.


I. DEPOSIT

1. Where to find it

Log in to the OROBET website.


In the top menu, click Profile.


Open the Cashbox tab.


Make sure the Deposit tab is active.


In the Choose a deposit method block you will see a list of available methods.


This list may expand in the future – always follow what you actually see in the cashier.


2. General deposit flow via Cryptobox (Crypto)

On the right side of the screen you will see the deposit form:


Amount – enter your deposit amount in USD.


Above the field you will see the minimum and maximum limits.


You can also use quick buttons: 15 / 25 / 50 / 75 / 100, etc.


Please select cryptocurrency – open the list and choose a coin.


Promocode – if you have a promo code:

  • enable the toggle next to Promocode;

  • a field will appear where you can enter the code.

Choose your Bonus – select the bonus card you want.


Click the large green Next button at the bottom.


After this, the second Cryptobox screen will open.


3. Step 2 — paying with cryptocurrency

On the second screen you will see:


Wallet address — the generated wallet address for this deposit;


Amount — the amount;


Cryptocurrency — the selected coin.


Next:

  • Check the network. Make sure you are sending the coin on the correct network.

  • Copy the Wallet address or scan the QR code in your crypto wallet.

  • In your wallet, create a transfer to this address for the specified amount.

  • Wait for the network confirmations. After they are received, the deposit will be credited to your balance.

Please note: the address issued by the system is usually one-time for a single operation. Repeated transfers to the same address may be lost without compensation.


II. WITHDRAWALS

1. What must be done before withdrawing

Before your first payout, make sure that:

  • Your profile is completed (Personal Info) and verification is passed in the Verification tab. Without this, the Withdraw tab may be blocked.

  • All crypto wallets you withdraw to belong to you personally and match the name in your OROBET profile (this may be checked via documents if requested).

You can request your first payout only:

  • after you have placed at least one real bet, and

  • at least 3 days have passed since account registration.

Wherever possible, withdrawals are made to the same method that was used for the deposit. If you request another method, the Company may reject the request and send funds back to the original method or perform additional checks.


Withdrawal requests without any betting activity may lead to account closure and confiscation of funds.


2. Limits and payout frequency

Minimum withdrawal amount: 10 USD.


(If the cashier shows a higher minimum for a specific method, the value in the cashier applies.)


Weekly limit:

  • maximum 2,000 USD per week;

  • a “week” is 7 calendar days from the moment the withdrawal request is created;

  • any amount above the limit is paid out in subsequent weeks.

3. How to withdraw in your account (Crypto)

Go to Profile → Cashbox → Withdraw.


If required, complete verification (you may see a Verify Identity button on the screen).


In the Choose your withdrawal method block, select Crypto.


On the right, fill in the form:


Amount – enter the withdrawal amount in USD (not less than the minimum and not more than your available balance/limits).


Please select cryptocurrency – choose the coin in which you want to receive the funds (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, etc. — the list depends on current settings).


Click the large green Withdraw button.


After this:

  • The system will redirect you to the withdrawal flow where you must enter the address of your own crypto wallet on the correct network.

Carefully check:

  • the network (TRC20, ERC20, BTC, etc.);

  • the wallet address (any mistake can lead to an irretrievable loss of funds);

  • the final amount, including network fees.

Confirm the transaction.


Blockchain network fees apply to crypto withdrawals, and additional security checks and source-of-funds checks may also be performed.


4. Processing times

Processing times depend on the selected cryptocurrency, network congestion, and security checks.


The Company aims to process payouts as quickly as possible, but the actual receipt time depends on payment providers and the blockchain.


In some cases (suspicious activity, large amounts, jackpots) the review may take longer, including involvement of compliance teams and regulators.


III. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Same method as the deposit.


As a general rule, withdrawals are processed to the same method that was used for the deposit (for the global version – cryptocurrency via Cryptobox). If you request another method, the Company may reject the request or require additional verification.


Suspicious activity.

  • If there are signs of bonus abuse, “churning” funds without real play, structured deposits/withdrawals, fraud or money laundering, the Company may:

  • hold funds until the investigation is completed;

  • request additional documents;

  • block the account;

  • report the transactions to the relevant authorities.

Exchange rates.


If your bank or payment provider converts currency (for example, your card is in EUR while the account is in USD), the conversion rate is set by the bank. The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.


Taxes.


All taxes related to winnings and transactions are your sole responsibility, according to the laws of your country.


Responsible gaming.


The service is available only to users aged 18+ (or older, if required by local law). Please play responsibly and do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.
