1. Registration

1.1. Why do I need an account?

To enjoy everything Orobet has to offer — from placing bets to withdrawing your winnings — you’ll need to create an account. It’s free and takes just a few minutes. Once you make your first deposit, you’re ready to play with real money.

1.2. How do I sign up on Orobet?

Click the “Register” button at the top of the homepage, fill out the form, and confirm your registration. Make sure to read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before accepting them.
 We’ll send a confirmation email — just follow the link inside to activate your account and start playing.

1.3. Why do I need to verify my phone number?

This is a security measure to keep your account safe. We use your phone number to send important updates, account alerts, and security notifications. It's also required before your first withdrawal.

To verify it, go to your profile, find the “Verification” section, and click “Verify” next to your phone number. You’ll get an SMS code — enter it, and you're done. If you run into any issues, our support team is always ready to help via live chat or at ayuda@orobet.com.

1.4. I forgot my password — what should I do?

Click “Login” at the top of the site, then select “Forgot password?”. We’ll send you an email with a reset link. It takes around 30 seconds.
 If you can’t access your email or have trouble resetting, just contact support — once we verify your identity, we’ll help you restore access to your account.


2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1. What currencies does Orobet accept?

We support local currencies depending on the country you're playing from. You'll see available options on the deposit page in your account.

2.2. Is there a minimum deposit or withdrawal amount?

For deposits, we do not impose a minimum on our side — however, please note that certain payment providers may apply their own limits. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is 20 USD. 

You can always check the “Cashbox” page in your Profile for method-specific limits applied by your provider.

3. Verification

3.1. How do I send my documents and track their status?

Log in to your account, go to the “Verification” section, and upload your documents there. We accept jpg, png, and pdf formats, with a max size of 10MB per file.
 You’ll also be able to see the status of your verification right from that section.

3.2. How long does verification take?

Usually just a few minutes. In some cases, it may take a few hours. If it’s taking too long, just message our support team — we’ll check everything for you.


4. Casino Games

4.1. Are Orobet games fair?

Yes! All games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and meet all requirements for fairness and transparency. We only work with trusted providers.

4.2. Can I play without using real money?

Absolutely! Every game on Orobet has a Demo Mode, so you can try it out without spending a cent.

On mobile: Tap the game icon → tap the “Demo” button. 

Demo Mode is a great way to learn the mechanics, test strategies, or just have fun risk-free.

4.3. What if a game freezes mid-round?

If your game freezes, don’t worry — it usually continues running on our server. If there are winnings, they’ll still be credited to your account.
 We’ve got a process in place to make sure everything’s handled fairly. If you’re unsure, just reach out to support.

5. Sports Betting

5.1. How do I place a bet?

Log in to your account → go to the “Sports” section → pick an event and a result → click the odds on it → check your bet in the Betslip → enter the bet amount → then click “Place Bet”.
 It’s all pretty intuitive — whether you’re placing one bet or combining several into a Parlay or System.

5.2. What’s a single bet?

This is the most basic kind of bet — you’re betting on one outcome. If you guess right, you win.

5.3. What's a parlay bet?

Also known as a parlay, this bet links several events together. You need all of them to win for the bet to succeed. The odds multiply — and so does your potential payout.

5.4. What’s a system bet?

System bets are like a smart combo with some safety built in. For example, with a 2/4 system, you only need two out of four predictions to be correct to win something. The minimum amount depends on the type of system you choose.
