1. Opening a Client Account

To play games on orobet.com, you must register a personal Client Account by completing the sign-up process on our website.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information. We protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.

By opening an account, you agree to the Terms of Service and all applicable policies, including this one.

Each user is allowed only one Client Account. We reserve the right to suspend or close duplicate accounts without notice and refund only the remaining real balance, if applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any transaction made through your account is considered authorized, whether performed by you or a third party with your access.

Your account is strictly for personal use. Sharing your account with others or using it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

We may request identity verification documents at any time, including (but not limited to) a valid ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, or a selfie/video verification. If you fail to comply within 30 days or provide false documentation, we reserve the right to block your account and withhold any payments.

If your login or password is lost or compromised, contact us immediately. However, this does not constitute grounds for cancelling bets or reversing withdrawal requests.

You may close your account at any time by sending a request with your account details and reason for closure to ayuda@orobet.com.

Any balance equal to or exceeding $50 USD (or equivalent) may be refunded. Smaller balances may be withheld due to administrative costs.

2. Payouts

All financial transactions are conducted in USD. You may choose from the available payment methods listed in the cashier section.

The maximum withdrawal limit is $2,000 USD per week. Week means 7 calendar days after a payment request has been created by the Client. Any excess balance will be paid in subsequent weeks.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit. If that is not possible (e.g., credit card limitations), an alternative verified method must be used.

Bonus deposits must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal is permitted.

We do not accept cash deposits and we do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, except as provided by the Terms of Service and the Accounts, payouts & bonuses policy. However, if a bank transfer is used, any third-party processing or bank fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Progressive jackpot winnings are paid as quickly as possible based on payment processor availability and jurisdictional restrictions.

In case of suspicious behavior (e.g., bonus abuse, structured deposits/withdrawals, money laundering), we reserve the right to withhold funds and report the activity to relevant authorities.

The player shall be responsible for the payment of the applicable taxes in his country of residence.

In case of winning, a player has the right to refuse such winnings at his/her own discretion. In this case, the results of the game session or event that led to the accrual of such winnings are considered canceled.

3. Bonuses

General Rules

• Minimum deposit to qualify for promotions: $5 USD (unless otherwise stated).
• Winnings from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn unless wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• You must complete the full wagering of the current bonus or cancel it before applying a new one.

Restrictions

• You may not withdraw less than the bonus value.
• Upon any withdrawal request, bonus credits up to the equivalent deposit bonus amount may be removed from your balance.
• Abuse, collusion, or strategy to exploit bonuses may result in account restriction or disqualification from future offers.

Each coupon (promo code) code is valid for a single deposit only. Make sure to use it before its expiration.

We reserve the right to deny bonus eligibility if the user has received an unusually high amount of bonuses in relation to their total deposits.

Promo Code

A code that must be entered during the deposit flow before you confirm the deposit. If the promo code is not entered during the qualifying deposit, the promotion will not be applied.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount required to participate in the promotion. Only deposits equal to or higher than the stated amount qualify.

Activation Period

The time window to activate the promotion after issuance. If not activated within this period, the promotion expires.

Manual Activation After Deposit

Bonus funds and Free Spins are activated manually after a qualifying deposit. This means the promotion may not appear instantly after deposit and is applied after confirmation.

Wagering (Playthrough / Rollover)

Wagering is the total amount of eligible bets you must place before bonus-related funds can be converted to withdrawable funds. It is shown as a multiplier (e.g., x40).

Formula: Wagering requirement = Eligible bonus amount × Wager multiplier.

Example: Bonus 100 USD with x30 wagering → you must place 3,000 USD worth of eligible bets to complete wagering.

Real Balance vs Bonus Balance

Real Balance: your deposited/withdrawable funds.

Bonus Balance (Bonus Funds): promotional funds credited under bonus rules and restrictions.

Wagering is calculated from the balance type stated in the promotion (“bonus balance” or “real and bonus balance”).

Eligible Games / Eligible Bets

Only activity that is explicitly eligible will count toward wagering. If the promotion states “Slots only,” then bets in Live Casino/Table Games/Sports will not count toward that casino wagering, and vice versa.

If you place a higher stake, the portion above the maximum may not count toward wagering and may be treated as a breach of bonus terms depending on the promotion rules.

Maximum Bonus Amount

The maximum bonus funds that can be granted for the promotion (cap).

Example: 100% up to 300 USD means you receive up to 300 USD bonus even if your deposit would imply more.

Maximum Bonus Release (Convertible Amount)

The maximum amount of bonus funds that can be converted into withdrawable funds during wagering. Any remaining bonus funds above this limit may be removed when wagering ends or when the promotion is closed, depending on the promotion rules.

Example: Max bonus release 200 USD means up to 200 USD can be converted.

Frequency

How often a player can use the promotion (e.g., “Once per user”).

Cancellation / Closure

If a bonus is canceled/closed, bonus funds and any bonus-related restrictions are removed according to the promotion rules. Depending on the specific promotion, bonus-related winnings may be reduced/voided upon cancellation.

Eligibility and Restrictions

Cash Bonus (Fixed Amount Bonus)

4. Final Provisions

• In the event of a dispute, the final decision rests with the Company.
• The Company may review transaction logs and user behavior at any time.
• Any breach of this policy may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, or even account closure.
